Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it with care. Each piece is inspected, packaged, and readied for its journey within 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

From the moment your order leaves us, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on your location. We currently ship across India, right to your doorstep.

Shipping is complimentary on every order — always, and on us.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your piece is on its way, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details — so you can follow along every step until it reaches you.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, no questions asked — simply write to us at care@reyarareyou.com with your order number, and we'll take care of the rest. Once this 24-hour window has passed, your order will have moved into processing and we won't be able to accommodate a cancellation; at that point, our Refund Policy will apply once your piece arrives.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we do everything we can to have your Reya piece reach you on time, occasional delays with our courier partners, weather, or local conditions may push delivery slightly beyond the estimated window. We appreciate your patience, and we're always just an email away if you'd like an update.

• Someone should be available to receive the order at the delivery address, as most shipments require a signature.
