Our Promise to You

We stand behind every piece of Reya. We understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right, and we're here to make it effortless for you. You have 30 days from the moment your item arrives to request a return — no questions asked.

What We Ask

To ensure your piece finds the right home, we ask that items be unworn and unused, with tags intact and in their original packaging. We'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. This helps us care for each piece the way it deserves.

How to Begin

Simply reach out to us at reyarareyou@gmail.com, and we'll guide you through the process. We typically respond within 24 hours. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions — we handle the logistics so you don't have to.

Items received without prior approval cannot be processed, so we do ask that you reach out first.

If Something Isn't Right

Received a damaged or defective piece? We're genuinely sorry. Please contact us immediately at reyarareyou@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The simplest path forward is to return your current piece, and once we've accepted it, place a new order for the item you'd prefer.

Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit — they move at their own pace.
