Himanshu Makhijani
Co-founder & COO
Born and raised in Delhi, now proudly a Bangalorean by choice, Himanshu is a Sindhi, and business runs in his blood. Building something of his own feels less like a decision and more like second nature.
Curiosity is his default setting. He's always learning, always experimenting, and always trying to see the world through someone else's eyes. He's an avid reader, and though he has no formal degree in it, he's a lifelong student of human psychology, especially parenting. As a hands-on dad to two boys (and three cats who run the house), that's where the learning gets put to the test.
Himanshu would rather listen than talk. Whether he's chatting with an office boy or a CEO, an artist or a finance professional, he's genuinely more interested in their story than in telling his own. People across every walk of life find themselves at ease with him.
Off the clock, you'll find him on a court, a pitch or a mountain trail. Cricket, badminton, tennis, squash, table tennis: if it's a sport, he's in, and he's not shy about picking up a new one in his 40s. He plays and watches with equal joy, and trekking is a love of its own. When the games move indoors, he's just as happy at a poker table, reading people as much as cards.
He's a keen cook too, and happiest when he's hosting friends and family around a good meal. He believes in planning and saving, but never at the cost of a good experience. And someday, he dreams of retiring to the mountains and opening a little café, serving his signature egg recipes and a cup of hot masala chai.
